DESCRIPTION OF UPS SERVICE CENTERS AND
OUTLETS

Letter Centers
Letter Centers are drop-box locations that accept U.S. air and
international documents and small packages. Those packages scheduled for
UPS 3 Day Select or Ground service cannot be processed here. Located in
more than 50,000 business and retail areas, these centers feature late
pickup times. UPS Next Day Air letter and Pak materials are available in
these locations. The maximum value or Insured Value per package shipped at
a UPS Letter Center is $500. |

Air Service Centers
Air Service Centers, located in major metropolitan areas, are drop-off
points staffed with UPS customer service representatives. Here, you can
send U.S. air and international shipments, except those scheduled for UPS
3 Day Select or Ground service. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and
international shipping materials are available for use. |

Customer Counters
Customer Counters, at UPS facilities nationwide, are staffed locations
equipped to assist you with any air or ground UPS document or package
shipment. If you request "Hold for Pickup" service at any of
these counters, we'll deliver your package to the facility you select. UPS
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and international shipping materials are
available for customer use. |

Authorized Shipping Outlets
Authorized Shipping Outlets are independently owned shipping service
centers where you can ship any document or package via UPS. The
Authorized Shipping Outlet is responsible for all aspects of the
transaction; you do not deal directly with UPS. Rates may vary,
but you'll always get the same guaranteed UPS services, regardless from
where you ship. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and international shipping
materials are available in these locations. |

All UPS Air Service Centers and Customer Counters provide the following
free shipping containers: UPS Next Day Air Letters, UPS Next Day Air Paks,
UPS 2nd Day Letters, UPS 2nd Day Paks, UPS Next Day Air Express Boxes and
UPS Next Day Air Tubes.
UPS Letter Centers provide UPS Next Day Air Letters and UPS Next Day
Air Paks. For UPS 2nd Day Air Letters and UPS 2nd Day Air Paks, please
