Northern Oklahoma Youth Services
Provides Help to Local Families of Northern Oklahoma
For the past 30 years, Northern Oklahoma Youth
Services has been providing help to the families of Northern Oklahoma. NOYS
executive director, Vearl Caid, said. "If a child or its family needs any
kind of help, chances are NOYS has a program available. If we don't, we
certainly know where to send them in the community to receive the care they
need."
