 For
maximum enjoyment, scenic Lake Ponca is divided into two areas - The
west lake and the east lake. Skiing, Jet skis, and
boats are all allowed on both areas of the lake.
Outdoor lovers enjoy picnics, fishing, camping, and/or hiking through
the Nature Center, while golfers are challenged at the 18-hole Lew Wentz
Memorial Golf Course, which lies along the north bank of the Lake.

From US Highway 60 Turn North on US 177 (14th Street) to Lake
Road, Turn east to LA Cann Drive and follow this approximately half a mile. The road
will veer off to east, Follow this if you want to go to the Main Ramp or Sail
Boat ramp. Continue North on Kygar Road for approximately another mile and watch for
the sign for West Lake Ponca. This will take you to another public ramp and the
the private docks.
